- Schedules, re-schedules, and cancels appointments as necessary.
- Disperses patient paperwork in appropriation to their visit.
- Obtains pt.’s personal identification and insurance card to scan into the system.

- At the time of request per physician, sets up equipment including:
- Laser
- Testing
- Utilities for office procedures
- Checks patient’s eye pressure.
- Transcribes for the physician if required.
- Prepares patient to be seen by the doctor.
